BRIE WITH ALMONDS 
1 whole round Brie cheese (4 1/2 oz.)
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. toasted sliced almonds
1 tbsp. brandy, if desired
Assorted crackers

Set oven control at broil and/or 550 degrees. Broil cheese with top 3-4 inches from heat until soft and warm, about 2 1/2 minutes.

Heat butter until melted, stir in almonds and brandy. Pour over cheese. Serve with crackers.
