BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM BAKE 
1 bunch broccoli
1/8 c. butter
1/2 c. mushrooms (can be canned)
1 tsp. onion
1 c. milk
1/8 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sharp grated cheddar cheese
Paprika

Cook broccoli and drain. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter for 5 minutes. Add flour, then milk and salt. Cook until thick. Put broccoli in baking dish, pour sauce over and sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Can be made ahead.
