Popped popcorn in lg. bowl
1 (10 oz.) bag marshmallows (16 oz. bag for gooey!)
15 caramel squares
1 stick butter

Melt all three. Mix with popcorn. Put in greased angel food pan. You can put candy hearts or Christmas candy in it, on top. Invert pan on serving plate and slice.
