MISSISSIPPI MUD 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. milk
1 (5 1/4 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan with butter. Mix flour, nuts, and butter by hand. Spread in bottom of pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Mix sugar, cheese, and 1/2 of Cool Whip until smooth. Spread on cooled crust.

Mix pudding with milk. Spread on top of mixture - then top with rest of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels or chopped nuts.
