PEGGY'S MISSISSIPPI MUD 
1ST LAYER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. nuts

Mix, pat in bottom of oblong baking dish at 350 degrees until lightly brown. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Mix until creamy and spread on top of cool crust.

3RD LAYER:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Mix to box directions (each one separate) and spread on 2nd layer (chocolate first).

4TH LAYER:

1 lg. container Cool Whip

Spread on top. Pour on chocolate syrup and swirl.
