MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour
1 cube butter

Cut butter into flour, add nuts. Put into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and let cool.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sguar
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix 1 large package instant chocolate pudding with 2 cups milk and spread over cheese mixture.

Mix 1 large package instant vanilla pudding with 2 cups milk and spread over chocolate pudding.

Top with additional Cool Whip. Grate 1 chocolate bar over the top and refrigerate.
