MISSISSIPPI MUD 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts
13 1/2 oz. Carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, butter, and 1/2 cup nuts. Pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake pan mixture for 15 minutes. Cool. As pan cools mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spoon over crust and chill. Mix chocolate pudding, milk and vanilla. Let thicken and pour over chilled cream layer. Combine remaining Cool Whip with remaining 1/2 cup nuts and spread over pudding layer chill and serve.
