PORK CHOPS IN SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
6 lean pork chops
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 beef bouillon cube or 1 tsp. instant
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water

In large skillet, brown pork chops. Add 1/2 cup of water, brown sugar, onion, ketchup, garlic and bouillon. Cover; simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Remove chops to serving platter and keep warm. In small bowl, combine flour with 1/4 cups water; slowly add to cooking liquid, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Stir in sour cream; heat thoroughly. Don't boil. Serve over chops with white rice.
