PORK CHOPS WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
4 (3/4 inch thick) pork loin chops
Salad oil
2 sm. onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Dash of garlic powder
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. sour cream

Brown pork chops in a small amount of oil. Drain. Add onion, caraway seeds, salt, paprika, dill weed, garlic powder, and water. Cover and simmer over low heat about 1 hour or until chops are tender. Transfer chops to warm platter. Add sour cream to meat drippings; blend well. Heat thoroughly but do not boil. Spoon over pork chops.
