4 pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt, pepper to taste

Salt and pepper the pork chops on both sides and fry in butter until brown, then place in casserole.

Mix together vinegar, sour cream, sugar, water and pour the mixture over the chops. Cover, bake for 1/2 hour in preheated 350 degree oven.
