FLUFFY WHITE ICING 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. plus 1 tbsp. water
3 egg whites
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, syrup, salt and water in saucepan. Stir well. Cook until hard ball forms in water. Remove from heat. In large mixing bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add syrup in a thin steam while beating. Add vanilla. Beat until peaks hold shape. Spread on cool cake.
