HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen hash browns
3 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. chopped onion
1 stick butter
Crushed crackers

Combine cream cheese and soup; heat to bubbly. Mix together hash browns, soup combo, Cheddar cheese and small chopped onion in 9x13 pan. Drizzle melted butter on top and top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
