CRISPY CHIP CHICKEN 
4 1/2 c. chili cheese or barbecue flavor corn chips
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
6 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chips in a resealable bag and crush. Mix egg and milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll into crumbs. Place chicken in dish. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over chicken. Slowly pour butter over chicken.

Bake 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.

Makes 6 servings.
