STUFFED FLANK STEAK 
1 to 1 1/4 lb. flank steak
1/2 tsp. non-seasoned meat tenderizer
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. onion
1/3 c. celery
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
Garlic or clear French dressing
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Score steak on both sides and sprinkle with meat tenderizer. Spread one side of steak with mustard. Combine bread, onion, celery, butter and seasonings for stuffing; spread over steak. Roll as for jelly roll; fasten meat with skewers or toothpicks; then lace with strings. Marinade 2 hours in dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or barbecue 15 minutes one each side.
