MAMAS BAKED MACARONI 
1 lb. macaroni, uncooked
1 lb. Velveeta processed cheese, cubed
1 lb. ground turkey, beef or venison
1 lb. can whole peeled tomatoes
1 med. onion, diced
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Shredded cheddar cheese to top

Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender, drain. Saute onion until transparent in olive oil. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, salt and pepper, sugar and mix well. Beat eggs, mix with macaroni. Combine macaroni and beef mixture with cubed cheese. Mix well. Pour into large baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
