PAULS' CAMPER CHILI 
2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 lb. ground turkey
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. chili powder or to taste

Brown onion in oil. Add meat. Brown and cook until almost done. Drain, if necessary. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low until hot through. Taste and adjust chili powder if needed.
