CHICKEN KENNETH 
2 c. chicken meat, cut up, cooked
1 c. onions, chopped
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. dry milk
2 1/2 to 3 c. hot water
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
8 oz. egg noodles
Water
1 tbsp. garlic powder

Combine meat and onion; season and saute in 1 tablespoon butter. Melt remaining butter in heavy pan. Add flour and mix in dry milk, then add hot water to make a cream sauce. Add cream cheese, pepper and nutmeg. Drain cooked noodles; add garlic powder. Add meat mixture to white sauce. Serve over noodles with grated cheese. Add additional nutmeg if desired.
