HOT CHEESE PUFFS 
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese - Edam or Swiss
2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 c. butter, softened
Dash Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

Combine cheeses and stir in flour, butter and seasonings. Work with pastry blender or spoon until mixture holds together. Using fingers, shape into small balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place balls on baking sheet and freeze. When frozen, remove and store in plastic bag. When ready to bake, place on cookie sheet and bake in preheated 350 degree oven until golden brown and cheese is melted. Makes about 36.
