HOT CHEESE PUFFS 
2 c. shredded sharp process cheese (about 8 oz.)
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. freeze dried chives of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Mix cheese and butter, stir in flour, chives or pepper and seasoned salt until blended. Shape into 1 inch balls; place on ungreased baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate up to 48 hours. 30 minutes before serving, heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake until cheese puffs are set and light brown, 15 to 20 minutes. (About 3 dozen cheese puffs.)
