HOT CHEESE PUFFS 
8 oz. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of paprika

Soften cheese and butter. Blend ingredients with a fork. Knead a bit, then roll into small balls. Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes. Makes 15-20 puffs and these can be frozen very well.
