2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coca-Cola
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. small marshmallows

Heat butter and cocoa. Mix in Coca-Cola. Heat on stove almost until boiling. Mix sugar, flour, soda, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Add marshmallows. Add boiling mixture to other ingredients.

Grease and flour 9 x 12 pan. Pour mixture into pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°F. Leave in pan.

Icing:

1 stick melted butter
6 tbsp. Coke
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix together and pour over warm cake.
