TONYA'S HEARTY BEEF STEW (EASY
TO MAKE!)
 
This recipe is very hard to mess up. I did not put amounts because you can make as much or as little with any ratio you like. For example some might like more meat, others may like more potatoes. No matter what it will fill you up. Best for a cold day!

tenderized stew meat
all-purpose flour
beef flavored bouillon cubes
onion, chopped
potatoes, chopped
carrots, chopped
oil

Start by putting on some water to boil with the bouillon cubes and onion.

Coat the tenderized stew meat in flour. Heat some oil in a skillet and brown the meat. When the meat is all browned on the outside put it into the already boiling water and allow it to simmer about 30 minutes.

You can use this time to peel and chop up your potatoes and carrots. If I'm making the stew ahead of time, I cut the pieces bigger since they will break down over time.

Note: To save time with the carrots you can use baby carrots and just add them straight in without any peeling.

Once the meat has cooked the 30 minutes on its own just add the vegetables and cook until done. Enjoy!
