1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. minced onion
Scant c. oil

In medium bowl, blend together honey, vinegar, spices and onion; slowly beat in oil. Makes 1 pint.
