1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers 4 tbsp. powdered sugar Dash of cinnamon Bake crust in springform pan in 350 degree oven 8-10 minutes. FILLING: 1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water Dissolve and set aside to cool. Cream 2 large packages cream cheese. Add 1 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Add cooled Jello mixture. Whip 1 pint whipping cream and fold into cheese mixture. Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate. | |
