CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 medium cauliflower or 1 (8 oz.) package (frozen)
Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Dash of Tabasco
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Melt butter and add flour, stirring until smooth; add milk, stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Add seasonings and cheese. Cook, stirring only until cheese melts.

Cook cauliflower in covered pan in 1-inch of boiling salter water just until tender (about 10 minutes). Drain. Place flowerettes into a greased 9-inch casserole dish. Cover with cheese sauce and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot lightly with butter and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake 15 minutes at 375°F until brown and bubbly.
