1 c. shredded apple, tangy like Golden Delicious
1 c. shredded carrot
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. golden raisins
3 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Combine all ingredients tossing until blended. Mound on lettuce leaf. Serves 4.

Is also delicious as a sandwich spread. Use on raisin bread and cut in quarters for party sandwich.
