3 lb. chuck roast 1 med. onion, sliced 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. celery salt 1 c. water 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce Combine all ingredients and bake in oven or crock pot at 250 degrees for 6 hours. You can substitute pork for the beef, if you choose. |
