1 box basic devil's food cake mix
4 oz. pkg. instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. Kahlua
Lg. pkg. of chocolate chips (12 oz.)
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until done. Cool and remove from pan. Can drizzle chocolate fudge over the top.
