FEATHERY FUDGE CAKE 
2/3 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate (melted)
2 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. ice water
2 1/2 c. flour (sifted)

Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla until fluffy; beat 5 minutes at high speed of mixer. Blend in cooled chocolate. Sift together flour, baking soda, add to creamed mixture with ice water. Bake in 2 paper lined 9 inch round pans at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can Pet milk

Combine in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from stove and have ready in mixer:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
12 marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla

Add cooked mixture and beat until mixture starts to set up. Pour over cake.
