SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 to 5 squash
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken
1 stick butter
1 grated carrot
1 pkg. herb stuffing mix

Cook onion and squash. Drain. Mix 1/2 package stuffing with the melted butter. Add squash and onion and soup to stuffing mixture. Put in casserole and top with remaining stuffing mix.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
