4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. butter
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, soda, crream tartar together set aside. Mix butter, cooking oil, sugar, beat until fluffy add eggs, vanilla. Mix with flour mixture. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Take glass dip in sugar press flat. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown around the edges. Makes 7 dozen small cookies on 4 dozen large.
