SUE'S BEEF BRISKET 
3 to 4 lb. beef brisket
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. pepper
1 c. barbecue sauce

Marinate meat overnight with everything but salt, pepper and barbecue sauce. Add salt and pepper and cover with foil. Bake 5 hours at 250 degrees. Then add sauce and bake uncovered for another hour. Can do ahead and heat and serve, but better if served immediately. This is my favorite at the Robertson house!
