BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening or butter
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 beaten eggs
3 med. or 2 lg. bananas, mashed
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. flour

Make sour milk by adding enough milk to 1 teaspoon vinegar to make 1/2 cup. Let sit for 20 minutes. Cream sugar and shortening. Blend in milk, soda, bananas and eggs. When mixed well, add flour and mix again. When batter is smooth, add chocolate chips. Pour into 2 loaf pans, greased with a vegetable spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
