PASTRY PUFFS 
3/4 c. water
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. flour
3 eggs

Heat water and butter to boiling point. Add flour at once and stir until it forms balls. Remove from heat, add eggs, one at a time, beating hard after each. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool, slice into and fill with choice of filling.
