FRUIT PIES 
1 can fruit filling (any flavor)
Refrigerated biscuit dough

One biscuit at a time; roll out thin and flat. Put 1 tablespoon of fruit filling in center of biscuit dough. Fold over dough and crimp edges with fork. In electric skillet, heat just enough oil to brown both sides of pie. Cook to golden brown. Drain on paper towel and pat out excess oil.
