BEEFY SAUSAGE BALLS 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. hot sausage
3 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix - all ingredients in large bowl. Shape - into small balls. Place - on baking sheet. Bake - at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Yields: 5 dozen.
