STUFFED MANICOTTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayo
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
14 manicotti shells or 24 large macaroni shells, cooked and drained
oregano

Brown beef, onion and garlic; drain and cool. Add Cheddar, cottage and Mozzarella cheeses and mayo. Mix well. Carefully spoon into shells and place in a large casserole dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with oregano. Sprinkle with extra Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses. Cover and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes at 350°F.
