PERFECT PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. fresh yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 c. cool water
3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.

Meanwhile, combine honey, salt, cool water with flour. Add yeast mixture. Work until dough is mixed well. Add oil. Knead until smooth. Let rest 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Top pizza as desired. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Serves 4. Double recipe makes 3 large pizzas.
