PIZZA DOUGH | |
1 c. lukewarm water 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. salad oil 1 pkg. dry yeast 3-3 1/2 c. flour Place water, sugar, salt, oil and yeast in a bowl with 1 cup of flour and beat for 2 minutes with electric beater. Gradually add balance of flour. Knead for 5 minutes on a lightly floured board. Place in a greased bowl, turn and cover and let rise in a warm place until double. Punch down and divide dough in half. Makes enough for 2 pizza crusts. |
