BERRIES & CREAM PIE 
4 c. berries
2/3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. cream

8 INCH PIE:

3 c. berries 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. cream

Line pie pan with pastry. Put berries or peaches in crust. Mix other ingredients and pour over berries. Bake at 375 degrees about 40 minutes or until firm. Particularly good if served slightly warm.
