CRAZY JEFF'S HOT SAUCE 
2 1/2 lbs. tomatoes, finely chopped
2 1/2 lbs. onions, finely chopped
1/2 lb. fresh hot peppers, finely chopped
4 cans tomato puree
1/4 c. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. white vinegar, boiling

Cook all but vinegar to just boiling. Add vinegar, simmer 10 minutes. Put in jars or freezer bags. Ice cream bucket is 2 1/2 pounds.
