VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans (16 oz.) Veg-All
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Topping:

1 stick butter, melted
1 stack Ritz crackers

Pour in 2-quart baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 350°F. Top with crackers and butter and bake 10 minutes.
