BREAKFAST EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, bulk or ham, cooked and drain
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk, add to eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. shredded yellow cheese
5 slices dry bread, broken up

Mix all together night before. Bake in a 9x13 pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
