CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter, at cool room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. Baker's German's sweet chocolate
Or 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate cut into 3/8" chunks
1 1/2 c. Baker's angel flake coconut

Beat butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs until light and fluffy. Mix flour with soda and salt; blend into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chunks and coconut. Chill 1 hour.

Drop 2 inches apart by heaping tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cookies will be soft in center when done. Cool 2 minutes.
