MOCK HAMBURGERS 
2 eggs (substitute)
1 c. rolled oats, dry
1 c. walnuts, finely ground
3 tbsp. canned milk (or soy milk)
1 med. onion
Salt to taste
Sage to taste

Beat eggs and combine all other ingredients with them. Drop from spoon to form patties. Brown on both sides. Cover with tomato juice and simmer 20 minutes.
