HAMBURGER HOT DISH | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 2 pkgs. refrigerated crescent rolls 4 lg. slices Mozzarella 1 egg, beaten Brown hamburger, drain. Add taco seasoning, paste and 1/2 can water. Press 1 package rolls in 9 x 13 inch pan to form a bottom crust. Spread meat mixture on crust and cheese slices on top. Place second package of rolls on top, pressing together and sealing edges. Brush top with beaten egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
