CHOCOLATE CHIP NUT PIE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. raisins, optional
1 unbaked pie shell

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and raisins. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 60 minutes or until center is set and top is golden. Cool at least 1/2 hour before serving, but is best while still warm. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
