HOT FUDGE SUNDAE CAKE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot tap water
Vanilla ice cream

Mix first 5 ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix next 3 ingredients into dry ingredients. Add nuts. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Sprinkle cocoa on brown sugar. Pour water over.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand for 15 minutes. Cut into squares, invert and top with ice cream.
