6 WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
4 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
5 cups all-purpose flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
1/2 cup raisins

Mix eggs, sugar and oil. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to egg mixture. Beat in buttermilk. Add cereal and raisins. Fill muffin pans to make desired number of muffins.

Bake at 350°F until golden brown. Batter can be stored in refrigerator for up 6 weeks.
