BLONDE BROWNIES 
2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. self rising flour
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. hot water
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. butterscotch morsel

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
